Community Work-Study Opportunities

Are you passionate about giving back to the community and looking for a part-time job? We鈥檝e got you covered! Through a partnership between the Center for Community Engagement & Social Change (CCE) and the Office of Financial Aid, 杨贵妃传媒视频 students can earn federal work-study dollars while working with local nonprofits and community organizations.

What is Community Work-Study?

Community work-study positions allow eligible 杨贵妃传媒视频 students to work part-time with approved nonprofit partners in the Fox Cities. These jobs are funded in part by the federal work-study program and are designed to give you hands-on experience in the social impact world.

Think of it as a triple win:

  • 鉁 You support a cause that matters.

Note: You must be eligible for federal work-study to apply.

  1. Confirm your federal work-study eligibility through the Office of Financial Aid or email Michelle Buchinger.
  2. Log into Handshake and search for 鈥淐ommunity Work-Study鈥 or use the job filters.
  3. Submit your application with a r茅sum茅 and cover letter (we can help with those too!).
  4. Interview with the community partner (don鈥檛 worry 鈥 we鈥檒l help you prep!).
