Whether you’re coming from a community college, another four-year college, or an international institution, we’ll help you make sense of the process.

Your Transfer Roadmap

Making the move to Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ is simple. We’ve broken it down into four steps:

Schedule a one-on-one transfer consultation to talk through your goals, credits, timing, and questions about Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ.

Use either the Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ Application or the Common Application. Applying is free, and we offer rolling admission for flexibility.

After you are admitted, our team will provide a transfer credit evaluation so you can see how your previous coursework may apply to a Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ degree.

Once admitted, we’ll guide you through course registration, housing, and campus resources so you know what to expect before you arrive.

To qualify for a Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ bachelor of arts or bachelor of music degree, students must complete a minimum of 216 units.

Transfer students must complete at least six terms, or two years, in residence at Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ or on Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓÆµ-affiliated programs and earn 108 units, approximately 18 courses.

Transfer students working toward the B.A. and B.Mus. double degree may have additional requirements. Your admission counselor can help you understand how your previous coursework, intended program, and goals fit together.
